My Revolution

Let me start out by being a little poetic

My Revolution Has a Cause
By Blaq_Speech

My revolution has a cause
I said, myyyyyyyy revolution has a cause
And excuse me if I don`t pause
For your applause
But I am too lost in the charge
To be sorry for my impolite barge
Attacking the world`s social faux pas
With another poetic clauseAnd another poetic clause.
And even when you close to lost
It`s laid on you one more time like a wicked left cross

Because my re / vo / lu / tion has a cause
So don`t try to hide those in charge
Of keeping my people encaged behind mind weakening bars
`Cause all your kindness - it`s just a farce
It`s just a farce!
Unfortunately taught to believe that you`re the superstars
In this game of life and laws
Just other victims, more privileged than ours
But "when the truck comes," it will come for us with sharp claws
And you`ll be safe in the back, playing the "reverse race card."

And my revolution has a cause.
While you use the word to get applause
I use it for liberation of the people, gods
Your dreams of shiny race cars
Didn`t prepare you for the justice wars?
And you just realized that "Leave It To Beaver" was just a farce
Just a farce
Come to far
To lie down while the dust collects and covers my limbs like gauze
Pseudo-leadership with concerns that don`t match ours
False alliances undeserving of our trustful thoughts
Believed they actually made a difference with two Oscar Awards
And now you want to relay commercial messages, so you want me to pause?
Nah, because my revolution has a cause
And when the revolution comes, we will not apologize for causing your alarms
With another poetic clause
And another prophetic clause
